IPAD 9TH GEN EXPERIENCE

I did the 7 day free trial with .cr3 files on the iPad 8th gen. app worked well enough and I don't recall any crashes. However, you'll be limited on storage because it C1 doesn't allow editing from an external drive, only importing onto the iPad. I have the 32gb version which fills up very quickly. If you don't shoot tons of photos, the base iPad 9th gen 64 gb will likely work fine. If you shoot more, opt for the larger 256 gb if you can. Only you can really determine which of those can work for you.

Thank you Cory, great points. After a little thought I think I will be using icloud initially, with select photos kept on the device, this would be an acceptable solution for the meantime along with a flash device as backup while on the move.

I have just noted that the base model may have a bit of a refresh this year so will now wait on this, but its great to know that the 8th gen work adequately.

    Cheers

    Nick
