Can't acvivate capture one 22 from my trial version
I have just paid for my capture one 22 pro license hole of package permanent and cannot work out how to upgrade the trial version. I have removed it and down loaded it again, but, there does not seem to be away of doing this.
This is a nuisance to put it mildly

You need to deactivate the trial - go to the Capture One menu at the top of the Mac screen, then License... Click the Deactivate button. Capture One will then need to close. Open it again and it will ask you for a Licence code - enter the new licence code for your purchased version. There is no need to download the app again - it's the same install file and what it works as depends on the licence code you enter.

Thanks Ian! I do not have a trial bit I followed your advice. Unfortunately it did not work.
I tested the following: I created a new session on my desktop and imported images from my external / RAID. That worked. But it would seperate sessionfile from storage of the images. Seems to be highly unsecure.

STOP: Because C1 copied the file fom the RAID to the desktop it is not appropriate in general.

TOM - this seems to be a different problem from what Karl was asking about before.

@ Ian: Sorry, I was in the wrong department :)
I was answering you regarding the other thread "Images can no longer be edited on the external hard drive". There is still no solution.

Hi Tom, I thought of that, but, I'll wait until the trial runs out. Capture One 22 Trial is running ok under Mac OS 10.14, you may like to know.
I am wondering how long the trial will stay a live.
Most trials always ask you whether you have a licenses every time they are started.
