Copying Crop Dimensions without Relative Positioning
Is it possible to capture the pixel dimensions of a crop without copying the positioning of the crop of the image?
My use case is that I have photographed a number of 35mm strips of film and although I tried to keep the exposure I intended to copy in the center of the frame but there are slight variations in their placement. I just learned that this project requires a tighter crop than I was applying. I'm hoping for it to be possible for me to set a crop with a 2900x1950px size and copy it to the rest of the images without moving the placement of the crops. All images were made with the same camera and have the same dimensions.
Edit: Working with PC version of CO22 v15.2.2.5

Thank you for your attempt to help, however this article does not provide a solution. Copying the adjustment will move the position of the crop to the same relative position on the image.
I just want to copy the dimensions of the crop from a primary variant and apply to them to another image leaving the positioning of the crop centered where it currently is on the target variant.

You need to create a crop ratio of the proportions you want (2900 x 1950, or 58 x 39 to reduce it as far as possible) then in the crop preferences set Use Global Aspect ratio. Select the first image to be cropped and select that ratio. Then as you move from image to image, you should find that the 58x39 ratio is applied to each without it actually copying the crop position from image to image.
