Lightroom Catalog

Never had this issue but importing Lightroom Catalog images to Capture One and many of the pictures come in extremely fuzzy and unsharp.  They are sharp to begin with.  I am wondering if the resolution is corrupted, as it looks like large pixels, but the image is the right size and correct image size.
