Cant save custom .icm file from color editor

Trying to save a color corrected camera prfile after changes in teh colore editor.  Comes up with save dialogue, wants to save in colorsync folder (but doesn't work in any folder).  Use suggested name (which has .icm extension).  Nothing happens!

 

And anyway, shouldn't it be trying to save in the directory containing C! default camera settings?

M1 mac, Big Sur, C21
