Hello.  Why can't I open the app after renewing my subscription on 10.08.22 and after updating the app.  Contacted Apple registration is issued and extended in the up story. iPad capture one

  Update: this seems to be a bug in 1.0.1 and we will be releasing a fix as soon as possible.

  Apple handle everything to do with payment and subscription management. It’s not possible for us to view your purchase or manage your license/subscription.

  I recommend reinstalling the app and selecting ‘Restore purchases’ when presented with the option during the sign-in process.
