Synchronize switch between layers w/ same name in multiple image selections

Today C1 is missing a feature to jump into an existing layer (w/ same name!) for multi image selections with a single click. This would be a huge time saver and supports to keep control on your edits as well.

Today you have to run a bit of a monkey job jumping into every single image, select the proper layer first and continue as needed with your selections and edits. BTW even the existing command "Select Background Layer" works on the single image only.

Since I am running C1 on a Windows laptop the work around by scripting is not available to me - correct me if I am wrong.
