Why is my pictures not appearing on capture when connected with cable

i shoot connected with a cable on capture one 2022 and 1 picture on 2 appears in capture one. I need to unplug my camera and replug it so it can work again! i am i the only one with this problem? i changed my cable, compture and i also updated my capture one and the computer

    Remove the memory card from your camera if it is installed and try again. Also make sure you don't have any other tethering software running on the computer at the same time.
