Capture 21 - Workspaces

Hi all, I am running C1Pro 21 build 14..4.1  on mac 11.6.8 ( big sur) and I keep having this issue where my workspaces save, but they don't save correctly. The top toolbar is always moved over and doesn't save the tools/layout that I made. Any advice aside from going to 22?
