Help with activation!

I downloaded a trial version of Capture One 21 late last year and decided to buy an actual Capture One Pro 21 Nikon perpetual license, which included a free upgrade to the 22 version (which at that point was not released).

For personal reasons, I was not able to attempt to install my purchased software until now. I'm currently not sure what version to try to install. I read they have ditched licenses for different brands so I'm at a loss as to what to try to install? Any help would be much appreciated.
