Upgrading existing License

I have version pro version 20 for Fuji, but I have a lot of older photos from other cameras ie sony and pentax.

when I login and select upgrade for my existing license, I don't see an option for other camera support, as it looks like it will still be only for Fuji, is this correct?

    There is no "other camera support" now except for the full "Pro" version of Capture One.
