Capture ONE for ipad vs Capture One on PC

Hello,
I'm thinking about getting Capture One. I'm using an Ipad Pro 12.9" as my primary computer. Does the Capture One version have the same features as the PC version? If not, do you plan to have the same features on the iPad as the PC version in the updates? I don't want to pay for the PC version and the iPad version at the same time. I also don't plan to buy computers or macs.
Second question. He has synology at home where I have all the photos. Can the iPad version attach these photos to synology without me having to import all the photos to the iPad storage?
