Feature Request: Advanced Color Editor

Throughout the day, we shoot alot of things that are similar in color, but need distinct color adjustments. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference of what the source colors are for applying again in the future. For example, there is a very pale green, blue or pink that each need their own tweaks. It's almost impossible to tell them apart in the palette. Could the colors be named for easy applications?
