Please support reading lens profiles (and other standard tags) from DNG files.

I imported my Lightroom library, which housed 15 years' of raw photos that I'd converted to DNG format (I know, I know).

The DNG files contain all the lens tags that the original NEF contains, plus more:

$ exiftool original.nef | grep 24-120

I don't expect C1 to add full support for this file format, but can you at least read and act on its metadata when it conforms to the exact same spec as the native file type?

Without this, the only way for me to accurately apply lens correction to 10,000+ photos would be manually.
