did any one ever received any Service support from this Capture One Company ???

    The only way is through creating a ticket. You can, of course, write on their Facebook page too; not sure how much effect it has.

    The product range was revised a few months ago. We were all (or most of us anyway) notified in January (? I think it was?).
    The Fuji/Nikon/Sony versions are no longer available but anyone with a perpetual version is entitled to a free upgrade to the full Pro version covering all brands, so you should be able simply download this by logging in to your account.
    There is a spiel about the whole affair on the website, just do a search to find all the details.
