Capture One for education

Hello,

I don't understand and I am really angry against Capture One.

I am a teacher at Atelier Chardon Savard in Paris in Photography.

I did everything to obtain the 65% off , send my Teacher ID and the only answer I have is that they can't verify. I gave the Phone Number of the school etc... and they only propose me 20% off. Somebody could help me please ?

  I really think you should use the Submit a request function (at the upper right of this page) to get in touch with the right people at Capture One. This forum is mostly about requests for software changes.

  1. Try reaching out to Capture One customer support again and provide as much detail as possible about the situation. Explain that you're a teacher and have provided all the required information but have only been offered a 20% discount instead of 65%.

  2. If the customer support team is unable to assist you, try reaching out to Capture One via social media or email. Sometimes, different channels can yield better results.

  3. If all else fails, you may want to consider reaching out to your school or educational institution and ask if they have a relationship with Capture One or can assist in verifying your status as a teacher.
