Crashing when applying magic brush mask

It keeps crashing when I am applying a basic mask using the magic brush.

Windows 10

AMD Threadripper 1920x CPU

32 GB DDR4 RAM

RTX 2070 8gb ddr6 video card

    This is a user forum only. There is no one here from Capture One that can fix the problem. You need to click "Submit a request" at the top of this screen.

    I've also experienced that occasionally. Mostly it works good but sometimes it seems that I may have brushed an area that it found too hard to deal with, especially if I brushed over two distinctly different areas, which probably confused it. Or if I brushed too many times before it could finish calculating the preceding brush strokes. However, I haven't had the problem for a while now.
    My PC is even higher spec
