Problems with the screen display
i tried Capture One for 30 days. the trial ends on thursday. capture one seems to be a very complicated but professional software tool. my problem is that i cannot try it out in a good way. i have problems with the screen display. every imported photography is covered with an andy-warhol-effect. i cannot see the pictures in a normal way. i visited a friend last week. he uses capture one in his advertising company. he showed me how to work with imported photos. he said to me that maybe my computer cannot open the pictures in a normal way because my graphic board or my monitor is too old or perhaps not compatible.
can i request a further 30-day-trial to find out if capture one is working on my laptop without screen display problems?

Who knows, you are asking fellow users here. You won't be able to communicate with Capture One via these forums. Alas, and unlike many application providers, Capture One does not provide a support forum. Use the link "Submit a request" near the upper right corner of this page.
