Noise reduction, sharpening and lens correction on a level of PureRaw and as easy to use
I buy the Capture One upgrade whenever the added features justify the purchase for me. I am currently using version 21. With the improvement described below, I would buy the new version immediately.
Capture One already offers noise reduction, sharpening and lens error correction. There are now solutions from other manufacturers - especially from DxO - that play in a different league and are also much easier to use. In Capture One I have to adjust 4 sliders for noise reduction and sharpening, and there are interactions. In DxO's PureRaw 2 I do it with one click. For me, these things are not part of the creative process and I'm happy to rely on a well-functioning AI solution.
DxO's algorithm is based on neural networks and this is probably its secret of success. I'm afraid that Capture One would have to do a lot of work to get comparable results.
It is currently very cumbersome to use PureRaw as a kind of RAW preprocessor: you can create an impressively good DNG file from the RAW file with one click (unfortunately about 4 times the size). You can then import this DNG file into Capture One, turning off sharpening, noise reduction and lens correction, and then edit the RAW file as you normally would. This is anything but an optimal workflow!
My wish: A 1-click solution integrated into Capture One with equally good results.

great noise reduction and sharpening WITHOUT leaving C1 and generating a TIFF or PSD would be a HUGE bonus in terms of workflow and quality
