lost acces to capture one mon one of my machines.
What is going on with my account. I have been using for maybe 5 years and used it yesterday. Have a Capture one 22 pro on subscription. 2 machines. one machine is fine. but on my main work machine, it treating as if I am do not have a subscription. when I go to my account online, I get logged in, but have no accunt activity, license. as if I had never purchased capture one 22. first time I logged in I had the info, but after logging out and back in I have no subscription showing.
