C1 startet nicht mehr, dauernd Fehlermeldung

Hallo,

ich bekommen dauernd diese Fehlermeldung und das System blockiert. Welche Datei fehlt, sehe ich nicht

Soll oder muss ich C1 löschen oder Teile davon? Eine Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht.

    i had to reinstall everything because nothing worked anymore
    No more function of C1 even in other sessions and catalogs.

    Nice job for Sunday afternoon
