I received a license code for Fujifilm
Made the Upgrade to 23 from 21 and now all my versions are for Fujifilm only! The license code I received is not for Sony! What can I do? I tried to reinstall older versions (20, 21, 14...) but nothing seems to work but the license code for Fujifilm.
What to do?

I have EXACTLY THE SAME issue. Wrote them immediately - btw so hard trying to find the answer or contact. You receive this offer mail to your inbox, seems a clickbait almost or a cunning way of making people pay and then selling a lemon. I am so disappointed, I have been waiting for this upgrade for a while. Cheat! Now I lost access to my previous catalogue... cannot go backwards.

I received yesterday an answer stating that the issue is known. So they’re working to fix it. Actually the only solution is to download a trial version and working with it.

It's more of a temporary workaround than a solution I understand. I am waiting for the official reply from them. thank you for your update! I wonder how many people are affected..
