WHEN OPENING C1 CONNECTION IS LOST TO CANON CAMERA

When I plug in my camera the EOS software pops up and all is connected fine, as soon as I open C1 it loses connection to the camera :? However, I can still control all the settings of the camera and click the trigger button which releases camera shutter but no images come up.

I have tested the tether on Lightroom and all is working perfectly.

Please help!

    Hello @.... Just do not give priority to EOS utility to start by default when you connect the camera. Let Capture One first to discover your camera and everything should be fine

    I found that EOS and C1P seem to 'fight' over the same USB port and saw similar issues. I solved it by not having EOS utility start automatically (or, close it down before launching C1P). Tethering works fine for me now. Windows 11, Canon 5D-ii.
