Lost session adjustments when I copied session to external drive and lost previews 2 problems.

On an M1 mbp did a DIT job yesterday, had 5 session folders did a one pass color adjustment and then copied to external drives. I was backed up so I deleted my originals for ingesting. (stupid mistake) opened the copied session in C1 and had one of two issues come up...

1. All my hours of adjustments were gone only the stock previews.

2. Or my previews would disappear even if they were in the folder, I re-imported them but again my session adjustments disappeared... I'll be honest, it made me pretty upset... I lost so much time I was sitting in my car doing this (location shoot strange permit job).... Wondering if anyone had anything similar to this... Mac OS12 15.4 on C1

    How exactly did you back up your files? Did you just copy&paste the photos or did you copy the entire session folder with all subfolders?

    If your previews and settings were missing it sounds like you only copies the images but no the subfolders where the settings and previews/cached files are stored.

    I use chronosync I copied the entire session.. IDK... WILL INVESTIGATE

    Same problem here since I updated on Mac OS12. Any leads?
