How can I combine 2 sessions of the same files? Version 22

My mistake was to somehow get 2 sessions of the same files, and have done a little work in each session. What's the best way to combine them...if any?

    Could you not just import files from one session into the other?

    EIP is there for transferring an image file with adjustments from one session to the next. The practical side may depend on how you can tell what files have or have not been edited in the two sessions.
