PLEASE HELP!!!! Your Capture One subscription appears to be invalid.
I recently ordered capture one in August of this year(2022) after a long back and forth. I Have all my receipts to show this but yet it still says that I don't have any subscriptions and my account displays "inactive".
I just used this software a few days ago with no problem.
Can someone please help? It said the next payment is on Aug 31, 2023.
