No Upgrade to 23 available
Even though I do have a functioning version 22 when trying to upgrade the license to version 23 to use the special deal at the moment the website is telling me „no upgrade available at the moment“.

It's confusing if your new.
If you got capture pro 22 + free upgrade, why do they send you e- mail saying :
"get an additional 20%* off the usual discount of 33% you already have as a Capture One Pro license user. "
And a scary FOMO countdown timer :)
I suppose I just wait and then download 23 and use the same key?

@... My experience with previous versions was that when the new version (V23) is available, you request a new key, and you have to de-activate V22 first. Better read the instructions well when the day is there.

If you pre-purchased the update to 23 when that offer was current, you were given a new licence key for 23 straight away. Your old key for 22 was immediately discontinued, and you had to use the new key both for 22 now, and for 23 when it comes out. (It's been the same system in previous years - maybe a bit unusual, but it has always worked in my experience.)
