Can you be more specific as to what "not working anymore" means?

I have Capture One 22 running without any obvious problem on Ventura (M1 Max laptop).

I launch and I have an error saying C1 has stopped just after. Like 0,1sec after. I have the M1 too (McBook Air)

You need to look at the Capture One logs in /Users/<your-user-name>/Application Support/Logs/ (see here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002405257-How-do-I-retrieve-logs-)

Probably the best thing to do is to open a support case with Capture One and upload those logs with it.

Here, on both M1 Max and M1 here, Capture One 22 appears to run successfully, so it is probably some state left over from before the upgrade. Hopefully support can advise what...

I am sorry guys. I was not up to date with C1. I just see there is a new version and now it is ok. Usually C1 warns me when there is a new version... Not this time, don't know why.

Apologies for being pissed off in the first place.

Same here. An update to 15.4.1.7 did the trick, now it is running with macOS Ventura perfectly fine.

Is it possible to uptdate to 15.4.1 ?

Any help would be much apreciated

Edit : I've dowloaded the latest version of C1 22 15.4.1.7 - looks like everything is fine again !

I understand that having a new mac with a new macos is a cool thing, and in some case one is not able to select the macos as it comes preinstalled.

a compatibility check for my most important programs, C1 being one of them seems a good thing. Not officially given currently, so better to remain on a supported version...but maybe I am too cautious.

    I installed Ventura.
After installation Capture one starts without any problems.

    Mac

The only point was, that some printer profiles were gone.
But it could be easily re-installed.
All other programs run without problems e.g. Topaz Denoise, Topaz Sharpen, Photoshop, Windows 10 with Parallels, etc.....
Up to now I could not see any problems.

Same problem here as OP.  Perhaps it runs okay on Intel Macs but not M1?  Either way, it's awfully frustrating.

    Hi Robert,

I'm running Capture One on a Mac Mini M1. And it runs ok now.

My problem was ( I think) , I uptdaded the mac with a capture one version that was not up to date... Everything went right after updating Capture One.

    Hope it can help.

I'm not sure which version I had before, but I think it was the most current one.  Regardless, I took your advice and reinstalled the most current version and.... voila!   It works!   Thank you for your help!
