HDR Ghosting Removal

Currently there is no checkbox option (or any option) to remove ghosting with HDR. More problematic for subtle movements like wind gently blowing leaves or someone moving a little. Having anti-ghosting as an optional checkbox would allow purist to keep the current workflow while helping out situations that artifacts come into play. Some programs have a 'reference image' option as well for helping find the artifacts (reference has no ghosts).
