    I solved my problem......SO THE DEFAULT APPS IN WINDOWS NEEDS TO BE RESET..GO TO YOUR APPS ON SETTINGS >>THE DEFAULT APPS>SCROLL DOWN TO RESET DEFAULT APPS>>RESTART COMPUTER>GO TO FILE EXPLORER> CLICK ON AN IMAGE WHERE ALL FILES ARE LOCATED> RIGHT CLICK OPEN WITH> OPEN WITH PHOTOSHOP>>>RESTART COMPUTER,,AND IT WORKED..AND YES IM IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE SUPPORT SHOULD OF HELPED WITH THIS BUG WHEN I EMAILED THEM FOR THE SIXTH TIME.

    If you are annoyed with Support, there's no point in shouting at your fellow users in the forum. We are not Capture One Support.

    Just wanted to say thank you to the OP ... this fixed my issue today going to 16.1.1.14.  Banged my head against the wall before finally finding this thread.  Much appreciated.

    Your welcome Scott! I banged my head too. Took me a couple days for support to get back and thought they helped, but they did not..Then did a google search and I found it on page three or four.. And then On the last day, God Created a searchable  database with the answer.
