WHEN RUNNING WITH VENTURA FOR A PERPETUAL LICENSE???
I bought the C1 Perpetual license just 1 month ago and now, it doesn't run through Ventura???
Not acceptable at all given Ventura was announced months and months ago and C1 team had full time to be prepared!
So, when I can work with???

Ventura may have been "announced months and months ago" but its actual release was on 24 October, only 9 days ago. Capture One have always said that they can only provide support for a new OS after it has been released. This is because working with a beta is always a moving target - Apple might (and sometimes does) make changes at the last minute. Capture One's release notes for its latest version always say what versions of MacOS (and of Windows) it is certified to work with, and it does not yet support Ventura.
It is always wise to check whether software you rely on will work with it before you update to a new OS. I always hold off on updating MacOS until I know it will work with Capture One and other software I use. After all, attractive though they may be, nothing in Ventura is so vital that I must have it right now.
All that said, I have no doubt that Ventura support will come very soon, though I have no inside information.
And are you on the very latest version of Capture One (that is release 15.4.1)? Some people say that has made a difference to being able to use Ventura (though it is still not officially supported). It was released only a couple of weeks ago, so it may be that if you have not updated since your purchase a month ago, you are not on the very latest. (Free upgrade, of course.)

(Studio M1 Max w. Ventura 13.0)
Re-Download CO22 from the CO-Webseite, install, add licence key: Capture One 22 (15.4.1.7) runs again.

Oh, search the bloody forum, Michel - the Ventura "fix" has been posted dozens of times!

I use C1 latest version myself on a Mac Mini M1 with the OS Ventura. It runs as smoothly as it did under Monterey. On the contrary, it's even a bit smoother in some areas.
And that Ventura was announced for months is correct. However, I support that Capture One only offers support for C1 when the OS is released.
In fact, it is often the case with Apple that a new OS is changed just before it is released which then has a negative impact on the programs. Certainly I can understand the anger and frustration when a program no longer runs from one day to the next. Curious is only that C1 runs with many users and with many just not. Here perhaps a short statement from Capture One would be helpful.---------------------------------------------------------------------
Gruss Georg

I think the reason why it works OK for some users and not for others is that everyone's system is different. They may have different hardware, or other software that doesn't play nicely with Capture One on the new OS.
A short statement from Capture One has been made - the release notes for what is at the moment the latest version say it supports MacOS up to 12.6.
Some users are lucky and get away with using it with Ventura, but it is an unsupported OS at the moment, and the success for some does not guarantee success for all.
(We get this kind of discussion every year!)
