Capture One is baking a "Generic" Lens Profile into HDR files that can't be synced or matched to RAW images.

I"ve been working on a batch of Capture One Pro 22 - HDR merged images and now I need to go back and overlay some RAW exposures to bring down highlights but I can't sync the Raw images to the Generic Lens Profiles baked into the original HDR files. Images were shot on 5DM4 w/ Canon 24-70 2/8. Consequently I can't replicate the Lens profile chosen for the HDR files and can't complete the last step on files I've already spent a lot of time on because they don't match up. This is an absolute deal breaker and will send me sprinting back to Adobe RAW processing, I've tried all the syncing options, do you have any ideas or is this a version 22 bug?
