Panoram from RAW. Editing befor or after stiching.?

When you do a panorama from RAW files, you get a .dng file.
Witch are the best way to editing the RAW files first or the .dng file after stiching.

Is it any differenc in colour space between the files?

    I don't know about the colour spaces. But the whole point of the pano feature producing a DNG is that you still have a raw format file, and you can process it however you like after stitching. I would suggest doing most of it after stitching.
