    Sounds like a licensing issue. I would contact CaptureOne directly via "submit a request" on top of the page.

    I finally figured it out and its up and running, but I had to download a new trial version and then apply my "old" license key. Seems a little convoluted and could be simpler or better "explained", but thank you for the reply.
