Arrow keys not working in the Viewer and Browser

Just upgraded to 23. The up and down arrow keys go to the beginning and end not row to row as in 22 both in the Viewer and Browser. Also the touch pad does not let me go row to row as in 22.  Tried reassigning the keys with no success,

Help!
