Will capture one 23 run on Win 8.1 64bit

There are confusing infos for Capture one 23 even on the official capture one websites about if capture 23 will run on win 8.1 64 bit. Some say it will run on win 8.1 and in other win 8.1 is not mentioned.

  Looks like Win 8.1 was the minimum requirement for versions 21 and 22.
  For v23 the beta release notes, at least, state the minimum as:
  Windows 10® 64-bit or Windows 11®
  Intel® Core™ i3 (1st generation) or AMD Jaguar Family
  10 GB free disk space
  8 GB of RAM
