Is it possible to have image adjustments in a catalog show up in the related session?
Pretty much what the title says.
I always download into sessions, but then create catalogs that have some those image files in.
When I make image adjustments to the file, either in the catalog or in the session, is there was way to have those adjustments update in the related file in the session or catalog? I think I know the answer (no), but worth seeing if anyone has a solution.
Thanks!

No there isn't. The thing is that catalogs and sessions store edit information in different ways. When you bring images from a session into a catalog it is best to consider it as a one way street. The existing adjustments in the session are stored in sidecar files in subfolders alongside the image files, and if you add those images to the catalog, the edit information is copied in with them (if you have the option checked to include existing adjustments). But it doesn't continually update the session when you make further adjustments in the catalog.
I work in a similar way to you - start off with a session, and do most of my editing there. After the session is basically done, I add the keepers (generally the contents of the Selects and Output folders) to my catalog. Any further editing is done in the catalog only.
