Capture one22 mac disappears under Ventura?

I bought in 12.2021 a Capture One 22(for)Sony license which was transformed into a free license on 5.04.2022.
I'm on Mac and I just switched to Ventura and when I restart my Mac, I no longer have Capture One telling me when I want to open it: "Capture One quit unexpectedly..." by then I don't know where my photos (43,000) have gone, nor what I should do. Uninstall and reinstall, but won't that overwrite my photos? moreover I noticed that in the user library Capture One disappeared.
Can anyone help me.

    What release of Capture One 22 are you on? If you haven't updated to the very latest (release 15.4.2) the problem may just be that it doesn't like Ventura. Most people seem to be finding that 15.4.2 is OK with Ventura, so you could try updating to that. (No cost as you have paid for version 22.)

 4 days later I still don't have access to Capture One since my passage under Ventura. I only have the logo? What should I do.
