Capture one 23

I purchased a perpertual licence from camera retailer. For some reason I ditnt get capture one 23, only 22 seems to be registered on my account. Was there supposed to be a campaign going on (buy one, get 2) as I have seen on capture one newsletter.

    For existing v22 users there was a cutoff date of Oct 31 for accepting the upgrade to v23 discount offer.
    Purchasing v22 with the free upgrade to v23 included might of had the same cutoff date.
    Did you buy and/or install C1 before Oct 31?

    I think the free upgrade to v23 offer applied only for v22 purchased between 13 and 31 of October. (??)
    Otherwise you have to pay again to upgrade.

    As a v22 user you should still be eligible for the usual 33% discount for up-graders.

    Well, no one is forcing you to upgrade to CO23. you have your perpetual licence for CO22. The pre-upgrade offer was clear, if you pre-upgraded to 23 between the first days of october and October 31, you'll get 23 for $159 + CO22 (in case of upgrading from CO21 or earlier versions). If you ordered CO22 previous to that date, that is all you get. Next time have in mind that CO often release new versions in november/december and they usually offer this kind of promotions.
