Opening Problem

Hi,
I have installed version 23 on Mac Studio.
Unfortunately, every time I open , a web page opens and after logging in it redirects me to a window where I have to enter the key. Also a "disk" icon C1 appears on the desktop. With version 22 it always opens without a problem.
Oh - I still have to enter all the settings from scratch.
