Capture One Pro 23 Not Regenerating Previews

After editing an image in any of the NIK software modules and applying the changes to the image, the .tif file does not automatically update to reflect the changes.  To make that happen you have to right click on the .tif file in the CO23 browser window and select Regenerate Previews.  Never had this issue in CO21.  I edited the same image in Lightroom Classic v16 and the edited .tif file was automatically returned.  I uninstalled and reinstalled CO23 and the issue did not resolve.  This appears to be a bug.
