Can not Install in the new muchine

I already downloaded .dmg file for mac CAPTURE ONE 12 start for installing version PRO  press on active button fill the 16 digit license code 

start with email id and password  bat your message said.  ''user data retrieved from the profile"
If i start active message said   "could not activate because the activation limit has been reached

    Select 'reset all activations' to free up an activation slot for your new machine. This can be found here under 'manage licenses' and then by selecting 'show activation history' for the appropriate license key https://www.captureone.com/en/account
