Upgrade to C23 only loads the express version. How to get the pro version?

Not sure what to do. Am on a subscription. Downloaded C23. Only comes in express version. How to get the pro version?

    It all depends on your licence code. The file you download is the same for all versions. If it is running as the Express version at the moment, then

    • open Capture One (Express version at this stage)
    • On the Capture One menu at the top of the Mac screen, go to License...
    • Choose to deactivate (this deactivates Express)
    • Close Capture One
    • Open the app again
    • It will now ask you for your licence code - enter the code for your Pro subscription

    Thanks Ian.  This solved a number of my issues as well when I upgraded.  When upgrading, the software defaulted not to 22, but back to an Express license.
