TIFF File has strange colors inside C1

Hi!

Today I ran into the following issue: When exporting a file to tiff, the resulting file shows a strong shift to pink. But only if I look at in from inside Capture One. If I use any other external image viewer, the tiff looks as expected.

If I export the same file to jpg, everything works fine.

Please see the attached image: 

The original raw is located in the upper right corner. The exported jpg is in the upper left corner. Looks fine for me.

The exported tiff, using an external viewer, is shown in the lower right. Again - looks fine for me.

But in the lower left the tiff is shown as presented from C1. A strong shift to pink is visible.

So any idea about this? Is there a setting inside C1 that influences the presentation of the image?
