Crashing all the time

Mac is Big Sur 11.6.6

CaptureOne 21 Pro build is 14.1.0.220

Crashes at random several times a day but mostly when exporting / importing

Any suggestions? What to do?

    So I found 14.4.1.16 - hard to find as they want you to upgrade to 23. I would be tempted to upgrade if 21 was fairly stable. It still crashes :(
