    Hi Andreas,

    I had the same problem after upgrading to MacOS Ventura. This is the answer I received from the helpdesk:

    Please check that you are Allowing Capture One to have full access on macOS.
    It might be that your current version of Capture One has not been granted full access in both Accessibility and Full Disk Access. 
    Open the lock and use the '+' icon in the Finder window to add the version of Capture One you are running at the moment, if it is not added or only a previous version. 

    It worked for me, I hope it will work for you too. Good Luck!
