v22 forgets setting for Save To for tethering to SD card

This is a frustrating little glitch. At the start of my session with v22, after connecting my Canon R5C, I set the Save To setting to Capture One + SD card.  After a little while, maybe after taking a couple of test shots, I notice the the setting has been reset to Capture One (only).

Most recently I didn't notice this until the end of my session, and I then had the images only on the computer.  Grrrrr. (I backed 'em up right away to my NAS, but this upsets my system of saving my SD cards as another backup.)

Wha's goin' on? Anyone have solution?
