Maximize the main window

I have a question, is it possible to maximize the main window so that the Dock is not visible. I have the dock always on, but most apps behave so that if you maximize them, they cover the DOCK at the bottom. Capture One usually behaves in such a way that when the window is maximized, the DOCK remains visible and you lose part of the desktop.

    I‘ve noticed this, too. In fact, when maximizing the window C1 enters full screen mode. These should be two separate operations: Full screen mode (C1) and Maximize window (macOS). I believe that’s the way it is done in Lightroom (and IMO much more intuitive).
