Style packs with v23

I just upgraded to version 23 and am reading about the new layer functionality for styles. I have some C1 style packs that I bought a few versions ago, including the Film style pack. This post says that only some style packs are supported in the new "advanced" version:

It includes Film as one of the supported style packs. However, none of my styles seem to work with the new functionality. Is this because my Film style pack is an older version--it says "v11" in the title?

Secondly, are there any built-in styles that come with v23 that are compatible with this new functionality? I only see the same style packs that I already had in my old version (under Built-in Styles I have "IQ Styles" "Legacy" and "Spring"), and none of these seem to support using the style with multiple layers. Maybe I'm not understanding the functionality--some additional documentation around this new feature would be helpful.

    I have the same "V11" as yourself. I re-downloaded them and none of them support the new layer functionality. I suspect we will have to buy the latest version of Film for it to work. You might want to look at the Beyond series as well.

    Thanks, Kenneth, for that info. That confirms what I suspected.

    Does version 23 of C1 come with any built-in styles? I'm surprised that the built-in ones don't support the new layer functionality.

    I can confirm that re-downloading the V11 styles will only give you the Standard version.

    I received an email from Capture One On 17 November telling that I can update previously purchased style packs for free. The instructions say to log in, got to Order History, and download the updated files. However, the download links that are there are not the updated versions. I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong but it just seems to make a duplicate set and I don't see the added functionality. Has anyone solved this riddle? I'm attaching a screen grab of the email...

    I am not sure what styles you have but the older ones, marked as "V11" have not changed at all. I have purchased some of the styles shown on the website and they contain the newer format.

    Matthew Papa I don't know if there's a riddle to solve or not! I have the same thing in my purchase history... the old style packs haven't been updated to Advanced. Frustrating.

    Thanks Kenneth. I went back and checked some of the other ones and realized that the styles that downloaded in folder were updated when I imported them (standard and advanced). I think I had only tested the loose files and none of those are supported in the advanced format. When I went to look at the store where you buy style sheets, none of those older styles are for sale (such as Matte or Cinema) so my supposition is that those are ultimately discontinued.
