    Yes. I follow the link provide by B&H https://www.captureone.com/en/activate to create C1 online account.

    You will have to ask C1 about it here:
    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    Account and Software Activation - Activate
    and fill in the request form.

    Guess you could check with B&H that they definitely sent you a proper v23 key.

     but I fail to activate my license after input license codes from B&H.

    What - exactly - happens when you try?

    I can activate after capture one support's help. The only issue is when I login my account, the license show Capture one pro 22, not Capture one pro 23.

    But you have v23 activated on your computer now?

    Yes, it is really strange, I activate v23, but I get v22 when I check license information at my account.

    I'd contact support again to get it right per your account though.

    I got reply from Capture One support, the backend record is Capture one 22 plus 1 upgrade, based on support explanation, it is is Capture One 23  license.
